Simplifying goal setting and achievement

A tracking feature for probationary, weekly, and quarterly goals to aid performance management in the company's employee management portal, designed to follow the company's workflow from the bottom level up to the top.

It lets employees add goals, evaluate them personally, and have their supervisor evaluate them, along with a summary of hours rendered and a downloadable goals history.

It replaced a bloated Google Sheets document. While it served its purpose, the sheet would freeze and slow down during weekly and quarterly catch-up meetings, when about a quarter of the company needed to access and update it at the same time. Most employees agreed they needed a better, more efficient way to track their goals.
